My Question or Issue

 Hello I ordered the student premium because I am enrolled at acc and wanted to get the discount. I have had that for I think 8 months now and I never really thought about it. Untill I looked today and saw I was getting charged a extra 9.99 for the family plan? I have no one else on my account or added to this plan. I also never signed up for this either. So I dont know what to do. I canceled premium all togother because apprently I was paying double for nothing. I would apperciate any and all help on this matter. I have linked screen shots of my info down below.
