Forgot the email adress and password

hi i dont remember which email adress i might have used to sign up with spotify. i check all the emails. i couldn't find any email regarding this subscription. i have the credit card no. from what i have been getting charged. can somebody please provide me any contact phone number or any email adress. that i can get help from.

Right now, Spotify doesn't offer telephone support, but I'll gladly do my best to help you out.

Let's try following these steps to see if you maybe can find the account. There's a neat trick in there to find the username of the account from your device's cache.

Hi thanks for getting back I have tried these steps but I still cannot find out which email I have registered for premium account all I have is my credit card information and my next payment is on April 22nd please help me out.i have checked all my email accounts. I cannot find any receipts from spotify or any email thats says premium account.. i have used spotify before but trial periods only..but in none of my emails there is any receipts of this new transactions from last 3 months

If you can't find the Premium account to cancel the subscription, I suggest contacting our Support team via Twitter or Facebook.

They'll be able to track your subscription and help you cancel it as soon as possible.
