Forgot username and Password

I forgot my username and password, I have premium but I don't know how to cancel now. The membership is paid with my phone bill.

If you want to regain access to your account, we recommend that you contact us via email here or through our official social media channels in Facebook or Twitter. Our Customer support team can help you with that. 

However, if your subscription is paid through your phone bill, you'll need to contact your phone service provider in order to have it cancelled.
