Forgotten Details: Locked Account, Old Email!

Guys I really hope someone can help. I have Spotify premium, that O2 (mobile provider) add to my phone bill. My recent iPhone upgrade locked me out of Spotify, and I can’t log back in. I have no idea of the details, (as it’s been an age since I’ve locked in) and I’m pretty sure that the email it’s linked to is a email that’s now out of use. What can I do? I’ve tried every username and password combo I can think off? Am I going to have to start a new account? How do I cancel this one? Major stress here! Please help 🙂

If you can no longer access the email on your account however, I'd recommend reaching out to Support one of the below ways:

They'll be able to take a look backstage

@LK608 thanks. I’ve tried this 2 times now, and get an email saying ‘we think you might find help on the community or by tweeting us’ I need to actually speak to someone and it seems emailing just brings on a generic message 😞

Hey @Teriebella,

you just have to reply to that email and then the support should answer within 24-48 hours 🙂
