I have a 9.99 charge from Spotify and a 19.99 dollar charge from Tidal Music which seems to be associated with Spotify. I don't have a subscription with either one of these and don't want one. Spotify and Tidal music don't have a number to call either. If I am dealing with personal information and getting my money back I need to actually talk to someone. Please help as I can't find any other way to contact anyone.
If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
