Free 5 month Fido Subscription

I recently got a new fido plan that includes 5 months of spotify premium for free but I dont know how to activate it.. I signed up with fido hub and they sent me a code but couldnt tell me how to activate it, they said contact spotify and they will help me. I had a pre existing spotify account that has had premium before but the premium expired.. How do I get the 5 months of spotify premium to activate on my existing account through fido? Please help me

If they have sent you a regular Premium Gift Card code, i'd recommend trying to activate it at https://spotify.com/redeem.

If that doesn't work, please reach out to Fido again so they can look into how it can be activated.

Hi Brennan2,

I was wondering if you were able to get your Spotify working courtesy of Fido. Currently am a premium spotify customer and recently got into a fido plan that offered the Spotify Premium. I too went through "fidohub" was given a code... but nothing seems to have changed in the account settings. Very frustrating. I don't want to continue to be charged every month. Currently on hold with fido (20 minute hold time I'm told)... Please let me know if your situation was rectified and how. ~ Much appreciate any help with this.
