My Question or Issue

Guys, so I joined Spotify Premium - £14.99 / month and saw a promo for a "free" google mini link to a google page. I never got the email, but I clicked on the google store web page, ordered the goods and was charged £49.99.

PLEASE: CAN SOMEONE ADVISE HOW I CAN CLAIM THIS? OR IS SPOTIFY A FRAUDULENT COMPANY??? WHY IS THERE NO ONE THAT CAN HELP ME HERE? OR HAVE A MEMBER OF STAFF TO SPEAK OVER THE PHONE LIKE OTHER NORMAL COMPANIES.

If anyone has same issue - please can you advise how to resolve and claim the free google mini.

I have the same problem. Google are saying to return the free gift for a refund. And, Spotify don’t want to know, they are saying it is being looked at. (For over a month now) customer service is shocking!
