Free account but still being charged for previous premium subscription

My subscription changed from premium to free and I decided to accept unsubscribing to premium. But now I'm still being charged as if my account is still subscribed.

Thank you for responding in my thread. I have gone to the link and basically can't follow through the instructions as under the "Subscriptions" menu, it states that I am a "Spotify Free" account and it is prompting me to try premium for free (as I never tried the free trial.).

 

Is there a way to get my account checked internally?

It sounds as though you may have two accounts - a free one and an active premium one.
