Free for three months

Hello, you recently ran a promotion offering three months free without any ads. I signed up for the promo, and my cancellation date should have been in April. However, I’ve already been canceled for some reason, and now I’m getting ads again. Please advise.

Thanks for coming to the Community. 

 

In some cases, Premium trials get cancelled if the system detects that you've already had one, so I recommend checking if you have any other accounts using this FAQ and you can also take a look at the Order history page to find out if this is the case.

 

Also, there's currently an ongoing issue where some users don't see their Premium features and their account page shows the current plan as Free. In that case, you can sign out and back in a couple of times to see if that makes any difference.
