My Question or Issue

I see so many ads for one - three months free for new subscribers but for someone who has spent alot of money with Spotify since 2016 i find this hard to read! Always rewarding new customers but ignore with the people who pay their bills! Why nothing for us?

So where are my promos or freebies?? Always seems to be for new customers and nothing for existing. Time to look at deezer as I'm obviously not appreciated!!!
