Free trial not honoured

I signed up for spotify premium. Saying they would start off with a 90 day trial and charge 3.35 Canadian dollars per month after that. 

After entering my credit information they stated I now have a 7 day free trial and will be charged 9.99 a month after this. When I look at my account it says it will expire in a month and will be charged 9.99 monthly. 

How does this happen with such a big enterprise such as Spotify?

Can you give us a bit more info on where you saw this offer for Premium? Keep in mind that you shouldn't have been prompted to enter your card info for a 7-day trial.
