Free trial to premium duo: cant join message

My Question or Issue

had the trial for a month with my wife then subscribe for duo premium, having her as account manager. Couldn’t access the invitation link as “can’t join message” appeared, saying i cant change plans for 12 months period.

Note: I'm not a Spotify employee.

I had them at the chat and they were able to arrange that for me. I had to sign up again but by keeping the same email. They transferred my playlist afterwards to this new login
