From Premium to Family Plan

Hi!! i´m new on spotify. I just pay Premium for one year but i realize that it´s only for me. So i want to change to a Family Plan. Can i suscribe to Family Plan and take the pay i already did? i don´t want to pay twice.

Hey @mariiana_mon

When you upgrade your subscription from regular Premium to Premium for Family, any remaining time that you've already paid for will be converted into a Premium for Family subscription. So yes, you can take the payment you already have made. Just sign up for the family plan at https://spotify.com/family and it should convert it to several months of family premium (not a whole year) since the cost for family is slightly higer per month.

The way Spotify Family works is that each person creates their own Spotify account first if they do not already have one. For everyone to create a Spotify account they will need their own email address.

Once everyone has their own Spotify account you then invite them to join your family plan and then they sign in with that account in the app. Make sure everyone enters the same home address when it asks for verification.

Olá, estou com difuldades para colocar no grupo da família membros que saíram e querem entrar de novo no grupo. Eu reenvio o link de convite, mas, o sistema do Spotify solicita um código de acesso. Eu não sei que código é esse. Ajudem-me!
