My Question or Issue

I canceled my Premium account that I had through one of your telecom partners (KPN) because I want to join Premium Family. It looks like KPN canceled my subscription since I see that I pay less for my phone subscription. However, when I open Spotify I still have access to Premium. What should I do when this change doesn't happen on my Spotify account? Because of this I still can't join Spotify Family. Thank you.

Welcome to Spotify Community, and thanks for reaching out to us!

First of all, let's check the current status of your plan and how many remaining days of Premium you have. You can do it on your app, by following these steps:

  1. Open Spotify
  2. Go to Settings
  3. On the Account section, tap on "Premium plan"
  4. Then you should be able to see what is your current Premium plan and the remaining time

You can also take a look at your receipts on your account page, to see when was the last charge. After getting the information, please let me know, so we can go further.
