GIfting a subscription USA for 2 family members under one roof HELP!

I would like to purchase a premium membership for my daughter and her husband. I do not know how to do this, and it is not self evident from reading.  Can you help ? USA. IOS.

She has occasionally used mine, and now I want to get one for their family and I don't seem to see how to ... thanks. Kathleen

Do your family members reside at the same physical address as you? If so, you can get started with Premium Family here and then send invites to the members. There is a guide on how the Premium Family plan works in this Spotify Answer.

If they don't reside at the same physical address as you, you can purchase monthly gift cards from them at leading electronic stores, or online at select retailers, such as PayPal. Once you get the card, they can redeem it on their account here. There is also more information on gift cards in this support article.

Hi Thanks for the answer.  I would rather not do gift cards..as I have read of many problems with them.  They are both busy professionals, and use this at work while in the lab, etc.  Can I just buy them a Duo membership and charge it to my credit card for a year, with their email addresses? They do not live under my roof, but they do live on my road.

PS. My daughter tried to set up an account from her house, and her email seems to be linked to mine, so she could not even do that.  What gives?

Alright, yes you can also get started with Premium Duo for them (but you would have to make the daughter or her husband be the plan's owner using your card on one of those accounts) since both of them reside together and not you. You can get them started here and there is some more information on how Premium Duo works in this Spotify Answer.

Can you send me a screenshot of what you're referring to when you say her email is linked to yours, or elaborate so I can take a closer look?
