Hi Spotify.

 
I am really frustrated and disappointed with your service. I canceled a subscription over a year ago and I thought am not getting charged after I unsubscribe. but I am surprised one day I check my bank account history and saw that I am still paying the monthly premium that I am not using. Pls, Give my money back. 
 
Also, the attached File that testifies that you been charging me for the service.

It'd be good for you to take a look at this support site article and follow the steps under Didn’t work? > I got charged after cancelling to see if you can find the Spotify account associated with the charges and stop them.
