Getting charged TWICE a month for a subscription I don't even have!!!

Getting charged TWICE a month for a subscription I don't even have!!!

I have just gone through my bank acc to find that I have been charged TWICE for my premium and TWICE for my husbands premium! The other thing that has pissed me off is that my husbands Spotify says he is only on the FREE SPOTIFY! When I clearly set his up on premium AND getting CHARGED for it!!! I need a lot of refunds! I'm going back months!! this is THEFT!!! Your supposed to be a trustworthy site! I don't think so!
How is this going to be rectified?

It sounds like you might have multiple accounts that you're paying for. Could you check out this support guide to checking for multiple accounts?
