Getting charged twice

I got charged on December 8th and again on December 9th from Spotify Stockholm SWE? When I go to my subscription page it only shows one subscription.

 

And why there is no contact e-mail? I swear contact e-mails are still a thing.

Also why do I have to post details about my billing on a public form?

Also why are you making me contact you either via a public form, or Twitter. 

Also why did I get an error when I tried to register? Big red text box with some weird handle bar syntax saying my e-mail was invalid (which I didn't get the chance to type in anyways).

Lastly, why is it so hard to navigate this site or get help?

Hey @doublenegative 

 

If you're getting charged twice, it probably means you're paying more than one account.

 

You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you within 24 hrs.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
