Gift Card Malfunction

Yesterday I redeemed a gift card that was supposed to give me 6 months of Spotify Premium, after redeeming the entire thing malfunctioned and the gift card no longer works. I do not have my premium and personally feel a bit ripped off.

Could you try redeeming the gift card again here using a different browser or private window? If you're not able to redeem it, could you send me a screenshot of the error message shown? Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.
