Gift Card not working

My Question or Issue

I bought a gift card and wanted to use it but every time i enter the code i get the message, "You can't apply this Premium code to your account. This is likely because you have an existing Premium subscription that cannot be combined with a Premium code." I have a regular premium account and I pay 9.99 for it every month.

Thanks for coming to the Community.

This error message can appear if you're subscribed to Premium through a partner, which handles your payments.

If you'd like to redeem the Gift Card, you'll first need to cancel the subscription through your partner and wait for your account to revert back to Free.
