Gift Cards - Debit cards are not accepted

My Question or Issue:

Hey guys,

I have a problem, when I wanted to buy several gift cards I could only use my card once and after that it always says that payment didnt went through. So I tried another card and again, worked only once.

Gift Cards were not working at all before like 2 weeks and when it finally "works" then there's this issue. 

This is so discouraging...

Any help? Please don't try that thing with different browser or device. Tried 3 devices, 2 net access, 2 browsers, incognito window.
