Gift Cards

Gift Cards

I got 2 gift cards worth 1 month premium each for christmas. That day I entered them both on the redeem page. It then said they were both confirmed and added to my account. But today 1 month later I no longer have Premium. So one of my gift cards did not get put on my account when it said it did. Any ideas how to solve this problem. I no longer have the card because it was confirmed so I threw it away.

Hey @Zada114, and welcome to the community.

Hope you're doing great!

In order for me to take a closer look, can you send me a screenshot of your Receipts page? Make sure that you've hidden sensitive info when posting to the community.

Let me know how this goes 🙂

<Community Rock Star edit - removed payment info>

It is only showing me one recipt so does that mean my other card didnt get put in when it said it did?

Hey @Zada114.

Thanks for the screenshot. I removed them for security reasons.

Based on what is showing - yes it means the second gift card may haven't been put in correctly. Did you get an email with both receipts?

Keep em posted 🙂

I do only ever remember seeing one email for it. But I just discarded it because I thought both cards were in one email.

Hey, @Zada114.

I’d recommend reaching out to Spotify for more help with this. You can find some more info here on how to do this.

Have a nice day 🙂
