Gift card Paid for 1 year but will take payment as well

My Question or Issue

Just purchased an annual gift card and uploaded to my account but shows you will continue to take regular monthly payment by credit card in 2 weeks time. Please update my account accordingly

First up, we suggest that you check your receipts to make sure the gift card has been redeemed successfully. If so, it's possible that you have another Spotify account where you have your credit card registered. To check if you have more than one account on Spotify, follow these specific steps. If this is the case, you can cancel that recurring payment and close that account to avoid any confusions. Also, if you have content that you'd like to keep on that account, you can transfer it to the other account.

If you can't see the gift card payment in your receipts, could you try to redeem it again?
