Gift card cant be redeemed

I bought a Spotify gift card 10 dollar (us)  from my local provider of technology and gift cards,

when I tried redeeming it, it didn't work and said: 

Something went wrong. Try again, or get help.

when I pressed to get help for gift cards, it said error 404 page not found.

Please help me fix this issue

You mentioned that you're from Qatar and the gift card you bought is from the US. I believe that's the problem...😅

Spotify gift cards can only be redeemed on Spotify accounts registered in the same country where they were purchased.

What @引きこもり mentions is correct, Spotify gift cards can only be redeemed on Spotify accounts registered in the same country where they were purchased. You can find more info on gift cards on the support site article @Brunelicia linked above.

If your Spotify account is registered in Qatar and you're trying to redeem a gift card from the US, it would explain why you're having troubles redeeming it.

If your account is set to the US and you're still having troubles redeeming your gift card, we'd recommend giving these steps a try:

1. Open an incognito or private window in your (preferably desktop) browser
2. Head here spotify.com/redeem and log in with your Spotify account's credentials.
3. Enter the PIN on the back of the card, or the code from your receipt.
4. Click Redeem.
