Gift card doesn't work

Hello,

I always subscribe to spotify with a gift card (10€) but this time, it doesn't work. The card is active (the ticket says so) and it was bought in the same country, today. My account is set in the right country as well.

I've tried to enter the code on different browsers, with and without my blocker. I've cleaned my browser history and cache as well, but nothing seems to work. I've the same message each time "Une erreur s'est produite. Veuillez réessayer, ou obtenez de l'aide." or in English "Something went wrong. Try again or get help."

I don't understand what the problem might be.

It's good to make sure all the relevant steps were followed. I'd recommend taking a look at this Support Article. 

From your post I can see that you've already tried a lot of them, however, there are still some things that you can do. You can find them under the Gift card not working? part.

I've already tried the "zeroes" and O thing and the code is not damaged (I don't think so, it's readable). I haven't used this code before, I don't have another account and this is not a Spotify family account. I'm the only user on my account and nobody has any access to it.

In this case, I'd recommend reaching out to Customer Support. 

You can find the contact form in that article under the Gift card not working? part. 

They should be able to help you redeem the code, as they can take a closer look at your account.
