My Question or Issue

I have a gift card issue: I bought a $600 mxn card in Mexico (document attached) and cannot add it to my account. The error shows that it is because in Family account you can't use gift card. But I didn't know that before my purchase!

Is it posible to add the credit to my account or in defect, have my money back please!

Yes, you're not able to use Gift Cards on Premium Family, but since your gift card amount is high, we can possibly try a workaround.

 

This thread was dated back to 2018, but I posted a reply there with steps on how to use gift cards for Premium Family. I can't guarantee this will work though. 

If it doesn't work or you don't feel comfortable doing the workaround, then I'd recommend taking the gift card back to the store and see what they can do.
