Gift card for prepaid doesnt work

I paid for the premium subscription by gift card but it doesn't work the information was that my subscription was activated but it wasn't as now, I can't find info about where i can find a help with it, a threw the money out because premium is off. My preview premium subscribtion was okey with no problem, it was for month for 20 zł (Poland value). Hope you will help me as fast it is possible

me pasa, lo mismo, le meti de 600 y no funciona, en datos de la cuenta en el telefono me dice que si soy premium, pero a la hora de querer utilizarlo me siguen apareciendo anuncios y me dice que soy "free", que hago o a donde podria comunicarme para que me resuelvan eto por favor.
