Gift card nor working

My dad bought 2 gift cards one for my brother and one for me in a gas station.

The guy probably forgot to activate it. We can't find the reciet, my dad is going  to try to return to the station tomorrow. But if they don't want to activate? Is there anything else we can do?

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. They'll probably agree to activate your card, as they won't lose any money, let me know how that goes.

If they don't just let me know and I'll see what I can suggest.
