Gift card not used as payment for premium

So I bought and placed a gift card on my account and once I was taken off the family plan I was never charged for premium afterwords. I want to use the gift card but I'm not sure how to use the gift card to get premium or if it is now a waste.

Hey @JenniferBarter, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

You should be able to redeem your Gift Card here. Please make sure all the numbers/letters on the Gift Card are correct and enter the ZIP code in your area.

 

Afterward, that Gift Card will serve as your payment until there is no balance on the card.

It's that I have the gift card already ON my account but it was never charged and I'm not sure how to get it to be charged for premium.

Could you send me a screenshot of your account overview page? Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.

 

Also, send me a screenshot of your Receipts page.
