I'd like to know why the spotify gift cards aren't working. I bought two and neither one of them work. I'm out $20. What gives?

Let's take a look and see what's happening. Could you try redeeming your Gift Cards here using a different browser or incognito mode? If that doesn't help, please send me a screenshot of the error message being shown (make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the community).

Thanks! I'd recommend getting in touch with Spotify Customer Support here. 

From there, you should be able to connect with a customer support member and they'll take a look and help further!
