My Question or Issue

Hello, I had some difficulties with renewing my most recent subscription. In the last year, I have been using one of my MasterCard gift cards to renew my subscription for Spotify. Normally it works just fine and it accepts the payment, however recently it has not been working.

It keeps returning an error saying something along the lines of "Payment failed". 

I have managed to renew it by using a different card and have tried all the suggested methods to try renew it including using:

- Incognito Browser

- Other browser

- Other devices

Does Spotify not accept gift cards anymore? Because it has worked for me for the last year. Not really happy about this.

The payment method you'd like to use should work as long as it meets these requirements. 

If it still doesn't work, we'd recommend trying with a different payment method.
