Giftcard code not readable anymore

I bought a 10€ giftcard and the code got damaged when i scratched it and when i tried to contact the support some difficulties came up.

I was told to send them the pictures of the card and the receipt but the e-mail just won´t send.

I can send e-mails to other people with no problem but not top the spotify support soooo... 

Is the e-mail cache of the support full or is it not working properly or am i doing something wrong ?

I’m sure you should be able to attach a file. If you’re having trouble, I’d recommend reaching out SpotifyCares on Twitter via DM. You might find it easier to attach a screenshot 🙂
