Glitch in payment?

Newbie

I was checking out student discount to see if my school was on any list. It wasnt so i just closed the page. I then later check my bank acount and it saud that spotify had taken 2x 49KR. (Danish crowns). I wouldnt have minded if i got premium, but i didnt. So basically, i have payed for nothing 😕

If Spotify is unable to verify your student I.D., you won’t be eligible to claim the student discount. In this instance, any charges will show on your statement as ‘pending’, meaning no money has actually been taken. Not to worry, these charges usually disappear within a few days. Let me know if you have any other questions.
