I have free Spotify Premium for 3 months with my GOSurf plan. I have went to the Globe Spotify website for activation and it says my subscription is already active. When I logged in, I'm still on Free and my Subscription as per my profile is Free. I have called Globe and have been told to reach out to Spotify Support.
I have already tried the ff:
1. Logged in and out on Spotify.
2. Reinstalled Spotify as per the instruction on th3 Spotify website.
3. Cleared cache.
4. Uninstalled app and restarted my phone and reinstalled.
I've been trying to resolve this with Globe for 6 weeks already and they have been of any help.

Yes, I have followed those and still nada. My subscription is still Free even if I have a Spotify Premium with my GOSurf plan. How do I get that reflected?
Same issue with me. My subscription said that im still subscribed to spotify premium yet im on free. Happened only early this morning
