Everyone seems to be getting this message "Cannot redeem now".. If not now, then when?
If this turns out to be a hoax campaign from Spotify, i.e. luring prospects to sign up for Family plan with no intent to send them any Google Home Mini, then there will be more than a few customers moving away to Amazon's upcoming service... and never return.
Not allowing customers to call you on telephone / voice dodsbt mean you are absolved from solving their problems as well.
Looking forward to at least some basic customer service here. Will someone listen?
