My Question or Issue

I live in the US and I got my email 2 days ago about getting a free Google Home Mini. When I do the whole process and go to the checkout it doesn't apply any discount and I haven't received a code. Any Idea on what to do. I've been a premium member for at least 7 years.

Could you make sure that you've followed all the steps correctly in this Spotify Answer? It's also best to try this using a different browser or private window.

It finally worked on my phone. Took me about ten tries.

Could you let us know at which stage of the process for claiming your GHM device you're seeing this?

If you could send us a screenshot to show us what you're seeing on your end, that would be great.

 

In the meantime, could you just make sure you meet the eligibility criteria for the offer here?
