My Question or Issue
I just ordered my google home mini and it got cancelled. I spoke with a google representative first and they said that they had to verify my information again and it will take 2-3 hours before I can order the google home mini again. I was wondering if I had to get another link or does the same link work? If the same link doesn't work, is it possible for me to get another link sent the my email?

I ran into a similar problem. Google told me to request a new promotional link regarding the free Google Home Mini and told me to use the new code 2-3 hours later.
