Hi, I upgraded my account today to family and took advantage of the offer of a google home speaker, but I have since updated my email address on my account so can the redeem information be sent to my new email address?

Do you still have access to their old email address? If you don’t, then check out this link (you should make sure you’re are logged into your Spotify account when doing this), which should automatically apply your token.
