How come your webpage allowed me to sign up for the family plan, offered me the promotion, and quoted me a price in Canadian dollars if I am ineligible as a Canadian for the home mini for free?? Did I just upgrade for no reason??

We are aware of the price showing as normal. Rest assured, as soon as you go to checkout it will show as 0 Canadian Dollars 🙂

Why does your American page quote a price as CA14.99 AND offer the promo to customers geolocated in Canada only to rebuff them after payment? Do you normally quote American customers Canadian prices?? The new page now has a US ONLY warning, but the page that was up just before the start of the month had no such warning.

Everything on the page I landed on assured me this offer was for everyone, I even opened the terms and conditions linked on the page and it did not mention anything about Canada? So I basically just got suckered into paying extra money for Spotify monthly.. sweet.  I really could have used a home assistant too, as I'm sure many Canadians could have.
