My Question or Issue

 

Last month in September, I was renewed my premium plan via Gopay and it was successful. And this month I made renew my premium plan with the same Gopay number that I used last month and the transaction was sucessful.


However after 3 days since I made the transaction from Gopay my premium account is still not renew yet, I try to contact Gopay to check and they said that the transaction of the premium plan was sucessful and they asked me to check to Spotify.

Can anyone help me on this?

To confirm, you're paying for Spotify Premium using GoPay and no through Spotify directly?
