Got a Premium for Family subscription, suddenly its gone?

So I got a subscription for a while now, but suddenly it stopped out of nowhere. Last time i've paid was 13-06-18, so you think it should've ended at around 13-07-18, but it ended today (at 23-06-18).

Somebody knows whats happening? Im trying to find an address that i can mail about it but can't find any
