My Question or Issue

For the past 3 months, I have been charged $4.99/month (the premium for students rate). However, I am currently on a premium for family plan, which is charged through my sisters account. On My Account - Receipts page it shows that there has been no charges since I went on the family plan, so I'm not sure how or why my credit card was still charged. I'm wondering how I get my money back and make sure that I don't get charged again.

It looks like you have more than one Spotify account.

 

Please follow this guide to finding any other accounts you might have subscribed to Premium and let me know if this helps.
