Got charged but not premium

Hello i got charged for premium today but have no premium and when I try to get premium it's only letting me get family premium.

 in February I started to use the "premium" promotion ... for more than 3 months my account is set as "free" .. but I'm blocking my 10 euro monthly from my bank account.

I have paid for the subscription and haven't gotten premium. i have checked the support arrticle, but that hasen't helped me either. What should i do?

In this case, I’d recommend getting in touch via the contact form so Spotify can take a closer look. 

 

You can also get in touch with Spotify via social channels (Facebook, Twitter)
