Got charged for student premium but subscription denied.

My Question or Issue

After getting verified for the student discount by SheerID, I gave in my card details and was charged 59.00 rupees. However, Spotify said that my card wasn't eligible for monthly billing and denied subscription. I still got charged though and the amount is yet to be refunded. Please help.
