My Question or Issue

I got charged the 6th of this month and now the 19th. Why? And it constantly pops up that I haven't paid when I obviously have.

We recommend you check out this page and go through the steps. Since you mention you've been paying double, make sure to read through the 'Paying more than once a month' section. These steps should definitely help you out.

Is there any way you can disable the other account? I don't use it anymore. I probably forgot the password and had to make another.
