My Question or Issue:

i quit using spotify a while ago and i got a notification today that i got charged for what was seemingly for a premium account membership. i haven’t been on the website/app in months and it is weird that i am getting charged out of the blue. i would like a refund

Please use this help page to locate all, if any, account listed with your details.

This way, you'll be able to know if there is a currently active account causing the charge.

 

If there is one and you wish to cancel it, do so by following the steps provided here.

I've got the problem too!!

Checked this community and found that this issue has been happened 6 years and still keep charge the user after the subscription was cancelled!
