Got free 7 days trial instead of 30 days. Why ?

Hi everyone, 

I ve just created an account and read on spotify.com about the free 30 days Premium trial. But when i ve activeted it on my mobile app turned out its just free 7 days. Why ? And is it possible to change ?

Hey @23dreamboat,

In the app, you can only claim the 7-day Premium trial which requires no payment details.

Via Spotify.com, you can claim the 30-day trial (Payment details required).

Thank you for reply, but does it mean that after 1 week trial on the app, i can also get another one 30 days trial on spotify.com ? 😄

You can try claiming that trial after your 7 day trial.

i already had to put in all of my payment info for the 30 day trial. I did it on my PC . however it says that I only got a 7 day free trial.
