Got the 3 month subscription, premium does not work

Got the 3 month subscription, premium does not work

I just recently got the 3 month subscription for 9.99, but premium does not seem to work on my phone. It seems to work well on my laptop, but I'm missing features such as skipping songs, fast forwarding, unlimited skips, etc. even when it clearly says I have the premium subscription. I am using the right account on the email receipt, so I was wondering if someone could fix this for me, thanks.

Hey, thanks for reaching out.

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstallation of the app. Just follow the steps here.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?
