My Question or Issue

THERE ARE 4 PEOPLE USING OUR PREMIUM FAMILY ACCT IN MY FAMILY BUT MY SON CAN'T DOWNLOAD ANY MUSIC.  HIS ACCT INDICATES THAT HE NEEDS TO UPGRADE TO PREMIUM EVEN THOUGH HE'S ON MY ACCT.  HOW CAN I FIX THIS

Hey there @kocisc!

 

A Family plan is a place where a few users living under the same physical address can enjoy using together.

For it to work right, each member of the family plan needs to have his own personal premium account as a step to able to get invited to the plan.

As you stated your son is using your account, please make sure he's logged in to his own individual premium account to enjoy the option of downloading music.
