My Question or Issue
I have had a premium subscription for a few years and recently got a new debt card. My payment for premium did not go through so when I went to use Spotify it did not give me the option to renew my information but instead the only option was to "downgrade." I did and the next day I purchased premium again with my new debt card information. I have received receipts for two charges to my debt card within the same day, October 2nd. One charge was for the premium purchase ($9.99) and the second was for automatic renewal ($12.99). If my account automatically renewed once I updated my payment then I should not have paid the $9.99 to start a new premium.
I have went through support and tried to send this issue through chat but it pops up and continues to say "connection unavailble" and then just closes with no other option to get in contact. Obviously it's not a connection issue on my end becuase I'm able to send this in this chat area.
Please someone help me or give me another way to contact actual support.
